There is no such thing as free Wi-Fi in Cuba. You have to buy your Internet time in one-hour increments. You then enter a 24-digit userid and password to log into the system for access. This wouldn't be so bad if you only had to do it once. But the connection is spotty and you get dropped. So you end up having to enter the codes multiple times.
